Amal Kumar is a Post Graduate in English Literature from Institute of Advanced Studies, Meerut University. He started his career as a Lecturer in English in 1982 from CRMJ College, Hisar, a college affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Haryana. During his tenure as Lecturer, he was awarded Teacher Fellowship by UGC to pursue M.Phil. in English Literature from Meerut University. To enhance his administrative skills he also added Professional Qualifications like Diploma in Management and Graduation in Law to his academic achievements.
He has travelled extensively and attended several Summer Courses and Conferences on English Literature and Language in India and abroad.
He has served in reputed Institutions and Universities in different administrative roles.
He has been involved in the establishment of several new educational institutions in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.

Dr Anoop Raj started his career as MBBS student in G R Medical College Gwalior and later did his M.S. (Master of Surgery) in ENT from Indore University, M. P in 1980. Thereafter he joined as ENT Surgeon in G. R. Medical College at Gwalior. He joined as assistant professor in Maulana Azad Medical College in 1985 and gradually rose to the post of Director Professor and head of the department in 2004. He has been at various institutes as WHO fellow like House Ear Institute: Los Angeles, N.I.H. Washington, D. C., Boy’s Town National Research Hospital, Omaha and New York Eye Ear Infirmary, New York, USA.
Dr Anoop Raj has teaching experience of more than 35 years and has been head of the department till 2015. He has also been Hony Consultant and advisor to AFMS, Ministry of Defence for six years from May 2002. He has also served as inspector at MCI and expert for selection in various states and National Public service commission. He has to his credit many scientific contributions in various journals, books, magazines and national dailies on various ENT diseases. He has also been invited faculty for International conferences. He has also been president of various ENT associations like President of Association of Otolaryngology of India (2009-10), President of Rhinology Society of India (2009-11) and President of Delhi State A.O.I. (2000-2001).
For his distinguished services he received State Award for service doctors in year2001-2002 by Govt on NCT Delhi.
Dr Anoop Raj has special interest in Phonosurgery(voice surgery) apart from other ENT surgeries, and is instrumental in doing some pioneer voice research in Voice and hormones in Indian population. He also developed hindi speech therapy for cochlear implantees. His has presented his work on voice disorder in various national and international forums also. He has been doing medialisation thyroplasty using sialastic fabricated implant which is a boon to poor patients. He is doing free medical camps diagnostic and operative ear camps at various places for ear, nose, and throat diseases since 1991 every year in LIFELINE EXPRESS. He was also past president of Lion’s club Gwalior. He has also instituted various awards in the ENT associations including Poster award in National AOI, Quiz award in Delhi state AOI and Poster award in Rhinology society.

Dr Manisha Jindal is an alumnus of King George’s Medical College, Lucknow; from where she did her graduation-(MBBS) in 1992 and finished her compulsory rotatory internship in 1993. Following this, she did her MD (Doctorate) in Physiology from Moti Lal Nehru Medical College, Allahabad, UP. She joined as faculty in a state government institute of Gujarat- MPS Medical College, Jamnagar, where she worked as Faculty member for about 9 years. She went on to do her Diploma in Family Medicine from CMC, Vellore. Dr Manisha also worked on various faculty positions at TMIT, Moradabad and Karimnagar, Hyderabad. Following this, she joined SMS& R in March 2009. Currently she is working as Professor in Physiology and Dean, SMS&R.
Dr Manisha has been actively involved in Research activities – both as a principal investigator and as a supervisor. She is on editorial board of many reputed journals and reviewer in many others. She is also strongly motivated towards enhancing and improving Medical education technology in India and is a trained resource person for Faculty development programmes for the institute.
