Dr. Manisha Jindal
Dr Manisha Jindal is an alumnus of King Georges Medical College, Lucknow; from where she did her graduation-(MBBS) in 1992 and finished her compulsory rotatory internship in 1993. Following this, she did her MD (Doctorate) in Physiology from Moti Lal Nehru Medical College, Allahabad, UP. She joined as faculty in a state government institute of Gujarat- MPS Medical College, Jamnagar, where she worked as Faculty member for about 9 years. She went on to do her Diploma in Family Medicine from CMC, Vellore. Dr Manisha also worked on various faculty positions at TMIT, Moradabad and Karimnagar, Hyderabad. Following this, she joined SMS& R in March 2009. Currently she is working as Professor in Physiology and Dean, SMS&R.
Dr Manisha has been actively involved in Research activities – both as a principal investigator and as a supervisor. She is on editorial board of many reputed journals and reviewer in many others. She is also strongly motivated towards enhancing and improving Medical education technology in India and is a trained resource person for Faculty development programmes for the institute.
