Moot Court

The University has a Moot Court in which participants take part in a simulated court or arbitration proceedings, usually involving memoranda and oral argument. Through this process, the students are trained to conduct legal research, prepare memorials and engage in oral arguments. The students act as attorneys and make a case on behalf of their client. The judges then analyse the arguments of each party and put forward their viewpoints along with a deciding judgement.
