Medical professional in the field of Pharmacology with more than 19 years of research and teaching experience. She has completed her medical education and post-graduation from Govt. Medical Colleges and has honed her skills in Therapeutic Drug Monitoring during her Senior Residency at the Institute of Human Behavior & Allied Sciences, New Delhi. In academics, she has brought along years of Industry experience in regulatory trials and BA/BE studies. She has handled more than 15 Global multicenter clinical trials (Phase II – IV) as Medical Monitor & Therapeutic Area Specialist. She has also served as a Senior Research Scientist & Principal Investigator in the Pharmaceutical Industry leading more than 1000 healthy volunteers (pilot & pivotal) BA/BE and Phase 1 studies. She has guided several Research Scholars of Pharmaceutical Medicine (PhD), Master Degree of Doctor of Medicine (Pharmacology), Master Degree of Pharmacy, & Master of Science Clinical Research as Supervisor /Co- Supervisor. She has two ongoing ICMR funded projects on MDR TB and 1st line ATT drugs; completed STS projects to her credit and several publications in reputed journals. She is the Coordinator of AMC & MDMC under the Pharmacovigilance Program & Materiovigilance Program of India respectively. She is the member/ chairperson of several institutional committees. She is the recipient of the National Prestige Award 2026 under the category of “Pioneer in Clinical & Applied Pharmacology” and has a published patent featured in the Official Journal of The Patent Office.
