With a keen interest in academics and over eight years of teaching experience, Dr. Vivek Kumar Pathak is actively involved in training both undergraduate and postgraduate students. He advocates for excellence in research and continuous medical learning. His clinical expertise lies in micro-ear and endoscopic sinus surgeries. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he served as the Nodal Officer for Mucormycosis management at Sharda Hospital, where under his guidance, numerous patients were treated successfully. Dr. Pathak continues to contribute to the advancement of medical education, research, and clinical care.

His research covers diverse topics such as otitis media, mucormycosis, hearing loss, tympanoplasty, endoscopic DCR, and sinonasal pathologies. He has also contributed to institutional and multicentric studies on COVID-19-related ENT manifestations, sensorineural hearing loss, and allergic rhinitis.
