Highly accomplished and dedicated Professor of Physiology with 21 years of extensive teaching, research, and administrative experience in Medical education. Proven ability to engage students through problem-based and team-based learning approaches, with a strong focus on practical application and critical thinking.

FAIMER Fellow with numerous publications in reputed international journals, authored books, and recipient of awards for research presentations. Successfully completed the 3T-IBHC- Train-Teach-Transfer Bioethics and Human Rights Skills training course for Health Science faculty in 2025 in collaboration with the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics.
