The Medical Education Unit, School of Medical Sciences and Research, Sharda University is organizing a FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME on  "Educate to Elevate: Enhancing Skills for Impactful Education". 

Objectives of Event

• To enhance faculty understanding of modern, learner-centered teaching methodologies
• To introduce and demonstrate the effective use of digital teaching tools in medical education
• To develop skills for constructing high-quality Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• To strengthen the faculty's ability to plan and conduct AETCOM (Attitude, Ethics, and Communication) sessions effectively
• To explore and apply various small group teaching methods for effective learning
• To foster a community of reflective educators committed to continuous improvement
