"Mock Court" Activity for the students of MBBS Batch 2021 on 18.11.2024

Department of Forensic Medicine, School of Medical Sciences & Research, Sharda Hospital, Sharda University is organizing "Mock Court" Activity for the students of MBBS Batch 2021 on 18.11.2024.

Objectives of Event

• Familiarize the students with the conduct and etiquette of a medical professional during attending summons in a court of law.
• To present a hands on experience to the students by simulating the operations of legal procedures in a practical setting.
• To sharpen the legal acumen, logical argumentation and critical thinking abilities of the students.
• To encourage a spirit of co-operative participation in group endeavours.
